CAPAA is pleased to confirm that the rules around the restriction of working for the same employer for more than 6 months on either of the Working Holiday visas (417 and 462) has been removed.
Working Holiday Visa holders do not need to ask for permission to work with the same employer, no matter their location, if they work in a critical sector, which includes childcare and covers Au Pairs.
